libcgi-uploader-perl software package provides module for managing CGI uploads using an SQL database, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-uploader-perl
libcgi-uploader-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-uploader-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-uploader-perl *
You will get with libcgi-uploader-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
